At The Teacher Foundation, The TNet-Heads,our annual Principals seminar is an event marked in bold. This year too, the event saw heads and principals from 26 eminent schools in Bangalore come together to light up The Hamilton Hall at St. Marks Hotel on February 3, 2011. The seminar began with Maya Menon,TTF's Director presenting the The Teacher Foundation's 3M approach of managing schools in 2011.The 'Through the looking glass' discussion on a contentious school issue made everyone put on their thinking hats and collectively discuss and arrive at a way forward. Their own experiences, beliefs and vision along with a passion for change and progress in education made the seminar an interesting mosaic of ideas.

The TTF market place brought in an element of excitement, surprise and of course shopping, to the evening. The Principals were able to shop for new ideas, look at some of TTF' s newly launched programmes ,interact and talk to the experts themselves! The TTF Team was present in full strength to provide  in-depth insights into the Curriculum packages for primary and pre-primary schools, short energising workshops on contemporary issues,Communicative English programmes that focus on equipping teachers with the right communicative techniques as well as whole school improvement framework and sustained teacher training and Heads' leadership programmes.

The evening was for some serious catching up with old friends, hearty laughter, reflections on discussions and adding new contacts and friends too. It's the beginning of a new year and we at TTF are looking forward to absorbing these new insights and incorporating them.
