A Medley of Music, Myth and Mirth

This post is a departure – in that we are very happy to announce a special event for students rather than for teachers!

It's the Medley of Music, Myth and Mirth – a unique Children's Day celebration for students from Grades 4 to 8.

The morning includes:

A Singing session with Su Hart - Teacher, singer and musician, Co-founder of the band Baka Beyond, UK

A Storytelling session with Sara Hurley - Creative Story Teller and Director of the Integrated arts company, Blazing Tales, UK

And The Rhythm is in You session with Vasundhara Das – Drum Jam, Bangalore

This would be
On : 10th November 2011 ( 9.30 am - 12.30 pm)
At : National Institute of Advanced Studies, IISC Campus
Cost: Rs. 350/- per student including a snack and drink


We can accommodate as many as 50 -75 students from Grades 4 to 8, from each school – but on a first come-first-served basis.

We request that 2 teachers accompany your students to gently supervise as well as participate!

The transportation to the venue and back to school would need to be organised by the school itself.
