Details of “Teacher Awards for Excellence in Teaching”

Gems B School, in collaboration with Times Foundation and The Teacher Foundation, is proud to announce “Teacher Awards for Excellence in Teaching”(TAFET)

The initiative is aimed at recognizing and acknowledging teachers who show exceptional subject knowledge, use inspiring teaching methods and display innovative use of technology.

All the registered participants will undergo a selection process. The first step of selection process is Pen and Paper Test.

Date
The written test will be conducted on 19 August,2013 (Monday) at Times Foundation, Bangalore.

Time
Test will be held in five batches, from 10:30 am and 4:30 pm. For more information about your time slot, mail to shwetha.harshwal@timesgroup.com or pooja@teacherfoundation.org, call at 9886636507 / 9535535478. (Mails are already sent to participating schools.)

The participants are required to arrive at the test center before 15 minutes.

Venue
Times Foundation, No.40/1,S&B Towers,  2nd Floor, MG Road, Bangalore, Karnataka 560001.

The test has been designed in a multiple choice format and will cover the areas of General Awareness, Logical Thinking and Language Comprehension. There will be a total of 50 questions to be answered. There is no negative marking. The duration of the test will be 30 minutes.

Please note that the school has to nominate teachers for the Teacher Awards for Excellence in Teaching. Nominations from individual teachers on their own behalf are not eligible for the award!
